The Grinberg Method
The Grinberg Method teaches people how to change situations in their lives, by observing what is going on in their body, before, during and after such situations. It is said that many reactions throughout our life, are acumulated and kept in our body's memory, and so we are continuesely creating the same type of events in our life, just by maintaining the same reactions and postures in our body (that includes tension in specific areas of the body, breathing in a certain way and also thoughts and beliefs that are kept in the mind and in the body).
We use the Body and different kinds of touch, to identify and change behavior patterns that are held in the body, and also automatic responses to different situations.
Emotional and thought patterns (believes and conclusions we gather through our life) are kept in our body, and turn us into owners of a certain (fixed) Personality, depriving us from being free.

For example a person who in situations that might apeare as confronting to him (or stressing / worrying / embaressing and so on) might react by slightly lifting his shoulders, creating effort and stress in the shoulder and chest, this reaction might...
