Chi Gong
Is based on individual simple exercises, with the goal of improving the Chi Flow, as well as to connect us to Cosmic energys and to nature.
Chi is a perceptible thing and can be felt pretty easily flowing in the body- usually first in the palms.   read more about Chi Gong.

Tai Chi
Is an ancient chinese martial art, which became popular in the west in the 20th century, as an exercise for improveing ones health and well being.
Through a serie of soft and flowing movements, with attention on the body, its balance of weight, the origin of the movement, connecting to the center of our being we help balance and synchronise the flow of Chi (life energy) bringing to a deep and healing peace.
